The BlockSwapt™ Internship Program has officially been paused as we move into the next phase of developmental upgrades.
This suspension is temporary—but necessary—as we continue to refine the technology, infrastructure, and user experience that will power BlockSwapt’s long-term success.
About Our Internship
All interns who were part of the BlockSwapt team successfully completed their 10-week minimum requirement, and each one had the choice to either:
- Transition to the My Ride Link™ development team, or
- Conclude their internship with full credit
While many chose to finish their journey with us (and we are incredibly proud of their work), two interns made a remarkable decision that deserves to be highlighted.
🌟 Intern Spotlight: Commitment Beyond Requirements
✨ Nikhitha Reddy Sama & Vishal Gandla
Nikhitha and Vishal could have graduated the program weeks ago—but instead, they chose to extend their internship and join the My Ride Link™ team.
Their dedication, eagerness to keep growing, and willingness to serve beyond expectation is exactly the kind of excellence our internship program is designed to cultivate.
They are now actively contributing to app development, feature enhancements, and user-centered improvements that will help My Ride Link™ evolve into a national-level platform.
Their commitment reflects the heart of our mission:
Develop brilliant talent while building digital products that change lives.

❤️ More Than Apps: How Our Interns Help Fund Transformation
Every intern who joins our program contributes to something larger than code, design, or digital marketing.
The apps our teams build—including My Ride Link™, BlockSwapt™, and others not yet in development—are designed not only to serve customers, but also to create renewable revenue streams that support LifeChangers, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to:
- Reentry programs
- Prison outreach
- Community support services
- Life-skills development
- Housing, employment, and mentorship programs
Learn About LifeChangers, Inc.
When an intern contributes to our apps, they are also helping fund real-world transformation for real-life people rebuilding their futures.
Your innovation powers someone else’s second chance.
